                     How do we select music for weddings and funerals?

• To pick out the songs, every event must have a consult with me beforehand; the flat fee above includes the consultation.

• A consultation is a meeting where the couple and I bring our song ideas together to choose what fits best.
   Since I am experienced with liturgical singing, I often draw upon that experience for song ideas. I am open to learning new songs, though. So, whether you are a client that knows exactly which songs you want or you're someone who doesn't know where to start, don't worry about it. We will figure it out together! ​

• ​Each consultation can be customized to the couple’s needs: It could be....
  • completed entirely via email
  • one 30-60 minute in-person meeting with one or both of couple + vocalist
  • one 30-60 minute in-person meeting with one or both of couple + vocalist + couple’s accompanist(s).

            Do you provide an organist/pianist to accompany your singing?

• If you need recommendations, let me know and I can absolutely suggest some great accompanists to contact! 

• Typically, if you are having your ceremony in a church (or the venue is somehow affiliated with a church), that church either has an accompanist on staff, a list of musicians they recommend, or they will expect you to recruit your own musicians.
  • So depending on your situation, the church may actually come with an organist/pianist for your wedding! This is definitely a question to ask when you are speaking with the priest or wedding coordinator of the church you are planning on getting married at.

What if I need to cancel for any reason?

•  If the cancellation is 6 months or less from the date/time of the event, no refunds will be given.
•  If you need to cancel and it is more than 6 months before the date/time of the event, I will refund you whatever amount I have received from you. Thank you for your understanding!
